Property Search

AK Partnership buying agent service specialises in sourcing and acquiring income producing residential property for individuals and institutional investors.

By taking the time to gain a detailed understanding of our clients’ needs and how the new investments will sit alongside their existing financial and property investments, we offer a very high quality service.

Your Requirements

We look forward to meeting you to understand in detail the location, type of property, budget for purchase and interior design preferences.

Identify Properties

We will search through estate agents, online and through our network of contacts to find off market and on market properties that match your requirements.

Negotiate and secure the purchase

We will discuss negotiating tactics, search for and provide evidence of local pricing and negotiate with the seller to secure the property for you. Where there are multiple offers our relationship and reputation help the seller accept our offer.

Managing purchase through to completion

We will liaise & provide project management with (and recommend as necessary) the required solicitors and survey professionals needed throughout the buying process to ensure a satisfactory completion takes place.

AK Partnership fee for this service is £800 upfront non-refundable if no completion of property takes place but rebated against 0.5% of the purchase price of property found.

TERMS

AK Partnership operates within the guidelines issued by The Redress Scheme and is registered number PRS026702 as a buyer’s agent. AK Partnership is also registered with the National Residential Landlords Association, The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and we are Authorised & Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

AK Partnership requires invoices to be settled in full within 10 working days of receipt by the Client. Thereafter interest will be charged on outstanding invoices at a rate of 5% per annum above the Barclays Bank plc base rate pro-rata for the days overdue until full settlement is made.

AK Partnership cannot accept liability for acts or omissions whether negligent or otherwise on the part of independent experts such as solicitors, architects, surveyors, mortgage advisors, or construction contractors whether or not such independent experts have been recommended to the Client or appointed to act on the Clients behalf by AK Partnership. The Client is reminded that the value of property investments may decrease as well as increase due to a variety of market factors.
